Hello and welcome to my web site.

The purpose of this site is to advertise myself and my services as an Attorney. I have over twenty years experience practicing law in the tri-County area.  My practice has been almost exclusively in the area of civil law and litigation.  I specializing in FRAUD related matters, including breach of fiduciary duties, banking fraud, theft, swindles, scams, & schemes.

My practice includes the following specific areas: Civil Litigation, Real Estate & Title issues, Probate, Debtor’s /Creditor’s Rights, Account Collections, UCC, RISA, Repossessions, Mortgage Foreclosures, Bankruptcy, Landlord-Tenant, and Mortgage Foreclosure.

I have specialized knowledge and experience in the area of Bank Checks (Articles 3 & 4 of UCC) and Consumer Loans.

Some of my cases involved clearing-up the real estate tax mess that was Ponderosa Park, and helping investors in the D.J. Harriett ponzi scheme recover over $300,000.00 in lost assets.

I also wanted this little piece of cyber-space to be a repository of some of my more interesting and fun discussions I’ve had on various  discussions boards.  Please fill free to comment on any discussion.
